Q. I want to know the size of the product.
A. The dimensions of each size are listed at the bottom of the product page.
It may be easier to get an idea if you measure the size of clothes you already own and compare them.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Once your order is completed, it cannot be canceled.
Q. I made a mistake when purchasing the product. Can I change it?
A.As a general rule, we cannot change products after an order has been completed.
Q. Can I exchange sizes?
A. To exchange a size, please submit a request on the returns page , stating that you would like to exchange the size.
There is no return fee for size exchanges. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. For more information, please click the button below to see the details page regarding returns/refunds.
Q. I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I correct it?
A.As a general rule, we cannot change the shipping address after your order has been completed.
Q. I made a purchase but I haven't received an order confirmation email. Has my purchase been successful?
A. All order confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you have not received one, it is likely due to a mistake in your email address, or your email reception or spam filter settings. Please contact us using the inquiry form, stating the name you entered when placing your order. If you provide us with a different email address, we can send another purchase confirmation email to that address.
Q. When will the product be shipped?
A. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually shipped the same day unless there are any issues with the shipping address. However, due to many cases of missing addresses or mismatches between postal codes and cities, our website states that orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
At honono, we accept pre-orders for some products. Please check to see if there are any pre-order items among your purchases. For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be listed near the purchase button on the product page.
If you purchase an item together with an in-stock item, the pre-order item will be shipped after it arrives.
If payment is required after completing your order, such as at a convenience store, your order will be shipped after payment is complete. Please be aware of the payment deadline.
If none of the above applies and your order has not been shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form. We will check the matter immediately.
Also, if there is a large number of orders, it may take longer than usual to ship your order.
Q. The return deadline has passed, can I still return the item?
A. As a general rule, this is not possible if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.
Q. I have returned an item, when will I receive my refund?
A. To receive a refund, please return the product to us. We will inspect the product within 5 business days of its arrival at our company, and will process the refund immediately after inspection is complete.
Refunds will be made in the same way as the purchase was made.
Please contact the company that you used to make your purchase to find out when your refund will be reflected.
Q. Are there plans to restock the out-of-stock items?
A. Items that are confirmed to be restocked can be added to your cart as a pre-order and purchased. Items that cannot be added to your cart and are marked as sold out will not be restocked.
We may restock items that have been requested by many customers, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us using the form below with the name of the product you would like to purchase.
