Q.I want to know the size of the product.

A. The dimensions of each size are listed at the bottom of the product page.

We recommend measuring the size of your existing clothes and comparing them to get a better idea.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Orders cannot be canceled after completion.

 

Q. I made a mistake when purchasing an item. Can I change it?

A. As a general rule, product changes cannot be made after the order has been completed.

 

Q. If I don't gift wrap, will anything with the price be included?

A. We operate paperless, so no delivery notes or statements are included.
For this reason, we sometimes receive inquiries from recipients of gifts who don't know who the gift is from.
We recommend that the purchaser contacts the recipient.

 

Q. Can I exchange sizes?

A. To exchange sizes, please apply via the returns page, stating your wish for a size exchange.
No return fees will be charged for size exchanges. Only the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please refer to the detailed page on returns/refunds via the button below.

 

Q. I made a mistake in the shipping address. Can I correct it?

A. As a general rule, changes to the shipping address cannot be made after the order has been completed.

 

Q. I made a purchase, but I haven't received an order confirmation email. Has my purchase gone through?

A. All order confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you have not received it, it is highly likely that you entered your email address incorrectly, or that your email reception settings or spam rejection settings are causing the issue. Please contact us via the inquiry form, stating the name you entered when placing your order. If you provide an alternative email address, we can resend the purchase confirmation email to that address.

 

 

Q. When will my order beshipped?

A. If there are no deficiencies in the shipping address, orders placed by 1 PM will usually be shipped on the same day. Due to frequent omissions in addresses or discrepancies between postal codes and cities/towns, we state 1-3 business days for shipping on our website.

honono accepts pre-orders for some products. Please check if your purchase includes any pre-ordered items. For pre-ordered items, the estimated shipping date is stated near the purchase button on the product page.

If you purchase items that are in stock along with a pre-ordered item, the order will be shipped after the pre-ordered item arrives.

For payments such as convenience store payments that require settlement after the order is completed, shipping will occur after payment is completed. Please pay attention to the payment deadline.

If shipping is not made despite the above conditions not applying, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will check immediately.

Additionally, if there is a high volume of orders, shipping may take longer than usual.

 

 

Q. The return period has passed, can I still return it?

A. As a general rule, returns are not possible if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.

 

Q. I returned an item, when will I receive my refund?

A. Once the returned item is received by us, we will inspect it within 5 business days, and the refund process will begin immediately after inspection is complete.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Please contact the payment company you used for your purchase regarding when the refund will be reflected.

 

 

Q. Are there any plans to restock out-of-stock items?

A. Items for which a restock has been decided will be available for purchase as pre-orders by adding them to the cart. Items that cannot be added to the cart and are marked "Sold Out" have no plans for restock.
