Q: Can I exchange sizes?
A. To exchange a size, please return the item and repurchase the desired size. Please check the return and exchange page and follow the procedure here .
Q. I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I correct it?
A. As a general rule, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed after an order has been completed.
If you have made a mistake, please contact us using the inquiry form with your name, order number or confirmation number, and the correct address. We may be able to assist you if we have not yet begun shipping.
Please note that if the shipment has already been completed, you will need to cancel your order or go through the return procedure.
If you correct your address after placing your order, delivery may take 1-2 days longer than usual.
Q. I made a mistake with the product I purchased. Can I change it?

Once shipping has been completed, changes cannot be made.
Q. I made a purchase but haven't received an email. Did I make the purchase properly?
A. Please contact us and we will check. All purchase confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you have not received the email, it is most likely due to a mistake in your email address, or your email reception settings or spam filter settings. Please contact us using the inquiry form and state the name you entered when placing your order. If you tell us a different email address when contacting us, we can send the purchase confirmation email to that address again.
Q: When will my item be shipped?
A. Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Honono accepts pre-orders for some products. Please check if there are any pre-order items in your purchase. For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be displayed near the purchase button on the product page.
If you purchase an item that is in stock, it will be shipped after the pre-order item arrives.
If payment is required after completing your order, such as at a convenience store, your order will be shipped after payment is complete. Please be aware of the payment deadline.
If the above does not apply and your order has not been shipped, please contact us via the inquiry form . We will check the matter immediately.
Also, if we receive a large number of orders, it may take longer than usual to ship your order.
Q. The return deadline has passed, can I still return the item?
A. As a general rule, this is not possible if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.

Q. Are there plans to restock out the currently out-of-stock items?
A. For items that are confirmed to be restocked, you can add them to your cart as a pre-order. For items that cannot be added to your cart and are marked as sold out, there are no plans to restock them.
We may restock items that have received a lot of requests, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us via the inquiry page with the name of the product you are interested in.
