Q: Can I exchange sizes?

A. To exchange a size, please return the item and repurchase the desired size. For returns, please check the return and exchange page and contact us via the inquiry form .

Q. I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I correct it?

A. Yes, you can. Please contact us by filling in the inquiry form with your name, order number or confirmation number, and correct address. If the order has already been shipped, corrections will not be possible, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Q. I made a mistake with the product I purchased. Can I change it?

A. Yes, you can. Please contact us using the inquiry form and provide your name and order number or confirmation number. If the items are of different prices, we will charge or refund the difference. If the items are of the same price, the process will be completed immediately.

Q. I made a purchase but haven't received an email. Did I make the purchase properly?

A. Please contact us and we will check. All purchase confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you have not received the email, it is most likely due to a mistake in your email address, or your email reception settings or spam filter settings. Please contact us using the inquiry form and state the name you entered when placing your order. If you tell us a different email address when contacting us, we can send the purchase confirmation email to that address again.

Q. I purchased an item but it hasn't been shipped. Why is this happening even though it says it will be shipped on the same day?

A. Honono accepts pre-orders for some products. Please check if there are any products marked "pre-order" among the items you are purchasing. For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be listed in the size selection section and product description.

If you purchase an item that is in stock, it will be shipped after the pre-order item arrives.

If your order has not been shipped even though there is no mention of a reservation, it may be because the order was shipped on a non-business day.

If payment is required after completing your order, such as at a convenience store, your order will be shipped after payment is complete. Please be aware of the payment deadline.

If the above does not apply and your order has not been shipped, please contact us via the inquiry form . We will check the matter immediately.

As an exception, if we receive a large number of orders, it may take 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Q. The return deadline has passed, can I still return the item?

A. As a general rule, this is not possible if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.
