If there is a defect in the product
We take every precaution with our products, packaging and shipping, but if you find any defects in the product you receive, please contact us using the inquiry form.
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product, and shipping costs will be covered by us. Please be sure to indicate whether you would like a return/refund or an exchange. Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to exchange the product.
Depending on the nature of the product defect, we may contact you via email to confirm the details.
If the product is defective, please request a return via the returns page .
Due to system limitations, a return fee will be displayed, but please rest assured that there will be no additional costs if the product is defective.
If a replacement item is in stock, we will arrange for it to be shipped immediately after approval.
Defective items must be returned cash on delivery within one week of receipt of return approval.
Please note that if you do not return the defective item within the specified period, we will charge you the price of the item.

⭐︎Returns/size exchanges due to customer convenience
Returns due to customer convenience will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of returns/order cancellations due to customer convenience, a 7% restocking fee will be charged for the returned item. Please ship the returned item within one week of contact. Returns will not be possible after this period.
・You must notify us in advance of your intention to return the item.
- The product has been received within 7 days and the product tags and labels have not been removed.
- The product has not been used for any purpose other than trying it on
- The item has not been soiled, torn, or damaged in any way by the customer.

*Returns of sale items are not accepted.
⭐︎If you would like to exchange the size, please write that in the comments section of the return request. There will be no restocking fee for size exchanges. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return item. Please ship the item within one week after the request is approved.

⭐︎About canceling your order
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been completed. With some exceptions, we will accept orders for pre-order items and other items that have not yet been prepared for shipping.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped and we are able to cancel it, and payment has already been made, we will refund the amount minus the payment fee.

⭐︎Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
As a general rule, refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If for any reason we are unable to process your refund using the same method as the original purchase, we will refund you via bank transfer.
The refund process on the system will be carried out immediately after inspection is complete, but please note that it may take several days to two weeks for the refund to actually be completed, such as in the case of refunds made by credit card.
In the event of a return or order cancellation due to customer reasons, a 7% restocking fee will be charged for the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you are returning the product for your own reasons and have sent the returned item cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
