⭐︎In case of product defects
While we take every precaution in packaging and shipping products, if you receive a defective product, please contact us via the inquiry form.
We will accept returns/exchanges at our shipping cost only within 7 days of product arrival. Please specify whether you prefer a return/refund or an exchange. Depending on inventory status, exchanges may not be possible.
Depending on the nature of the product defect, we may ask for more details via email.
For returns/exchanges due to product defects, please apply through the returns page.
Due to system specifications, a return fee may be displayed, but please be assured that there will be no additional charge for product defects.
For returns of defective products, please send them by cash on delivery within one week of return approval.

⭐︎Returns / Size Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
Returns due to customer convenience will only be accepted if all the conditions listed below are met, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
For returns due to customer convenience, a 7% return fee will be charged for the returned item. Please ship returned items within one week of return request approval. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
For returns, please use the original box for packaging. If you have disposed of the original box, please provide another box. Please place the item in the original clear bag and avoid packaging that compresses the item.
We may refuse returns depending on the condition of the item's packaging upon return.
・The item must be returned within 7 days of arrival, and product tags and labels must not have been removed.
・The item must not have been used beyond trying it on.
・There must be no dirt, tears, or any damage (including odors) caused by the customer.
※Please reconfirm there are no foundation stains, etc.
・The item must have been purchased from this site.
・There must be no other reasons deemed inappropriate by our company.
※For items purchased during a sale/sale period, returns other than for product defects cannot be accepted.
⭐︎If you wish to exchange for a different size, please state your preference for a size exchange and the desired size in the remarks column of the return application. No return fee will be incurred for size exchanges. The shipping cost for the returned item will be borne by the customer. Please ship within one week of application approval.

⭐︎About Order Cancellation
Cancellations after order completion are not possible.
If you use convenience store payment or bank transfer payment, your order will be automatically canceled if the payment deadline passes.

⭐︎About Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item arrives at our company.
As a general rule, refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If for any reason a refund cannot be processed using the same method as the purchase, we will issue a refund via bank transfer. (For convenience store payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer.)
Please note that while system refund procedures are performed immediately after inspection completion, it may take several days to two weeks for the refund to actually be completed for credit card refunds.
When refunding to a credit card, the purchase payment amount is not reduced; instead, the refunded amount will be reflected as a negative transaction on your credit card.
For inquiries regarding when refunds will be reflected, as it depends on billing cycles, please contact your credit card company or respective payment system company.
For returns/order cancellations due to customer convenience, a 7% return fee will be charged for the returned item. Shipping fees are not refunded.
The refund amount calculation is automatically performed by the system based on the purchase amount.
Discounts for multiple purchases will not be recalculated/adjusted at the time of return/refund.
If items are returned by cash on delivery due to customer convenience, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus the shipping fee.
