⭐︎If there is a problem with the product

We take every possible measure to ensure the quality of our products, packaging, and shipping, but if there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us using the inquiry form.

We will accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product at our expense. Please let us know whether you would like a return/refund or an exchange. Depending on stock status, we may not be able to exchange the item.

⭐︎Returns due to customer convenience

For returns due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs only if all of the items listed below apply. We cannot exchange sizes, so please place a new order after returning the item.

If you purchase with free shipping, you will receive a refund minus the actual shipping costs and payment fees. Please ship the returned product within one week of contacting us. We may not be able to accept returns after this period.

・You must contact us in advance to inform us of your intention to return the item.

・Items must be delivered within 7 days after arrival, and product tags, labels, etc. must be intact.

・The product must not have been used for any purpose other than trying it on.

・There must be no stains, tears, or any damage caused by the customer.

We will only accept cancellations of orders if you contact us via the inquiry form before shipping preparations. Once the item has been prepared for shipping, it will be treated as a returned item and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If it becomes possible to cancel before shipping and the payment for your order has been completed, you will receive a refund minus the payment fee.

Refunds will be processed after the product you wish to return arrives at our company and has been inspected.
As a general rule, refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If for some reason we are unable to process a refund using the same method used at the time of purchase, we will refund your purchase via bank transfer.

Refunds will be processed on the system immediately after the inspection is completed, but please note that it may take several days to a week for the refund to be actually completed, such as for credit card payments.

Please note that in the case of a return/order cancellation due to the customer's convenience, the refund amount will be the amount minus the actual shipping and settlement fees. (Payment fee is approximately 4% of the order amount)
