If there is a problem with the product
We take every precaution when it comes to products, packaging, and shipping, but if there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us using the inquiry form.
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product, with shipping costs covered by us. Please be sure to indicate whether you would like a return/refund or an exchange. Exchanges may not be possible depending on stock availability.
Depending on the nature of the product defect, we may contact you via email to confirm the details.
If you wish to return or exchange a defective product, please apply via the returns page .
Due to system limitations, a return fee will be displayed, but please rest assured that there will be no additional costs if the product is defective.
If you wish to return a defective product, please send it cash on delivery within one week of receiving the return approval.

⭐︎Returns/size exchanges due to customer convenience
Returns due to customer convenience will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you return an item for your own reasons, a 7% restocking fee will be charged for the returned item. Please ship the returned item within one week after your return request has been approved. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
When returning the product, please use the original box. If you have disposed of the original box, please prepare a different box. Please place the product in the clear bag that it originally came in, and avoid packing the product in a way that puts pressure on it.
We may refuse to accept your return depending on the condition of the product packaging at the time of return.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of arrival, and all product tags and labels must be intact.
- The item has not been used for any purpose other than trying it on.
- The item must not have been soiled, torn, or damaged in any way by the customer (including odors, etc.). *Please double check to make sure there is no foundation on your skin.

*Sale items/items purchased during the sale period cannot be returned except for defective products.
⭐︎If you would like to exchange the size, please indicate this in the comments section of your return request and include the desired size. There is no restocking fee for size exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item. Please ship the item within one week of your request being approved.

⭐︎About cancelling your order
We cannot cancel your order after it has been completed.
If you use convenience store or bank transfer payment, your order will be automatically canceled if the payment deadline passes.

⭐︎About refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
As a general rule, refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If for any reason we are unable to process your refund using the same method as when you made your purchase, we will refund you by bank transfer. (If you paid at a convenience store, your refund will be made by bank transfer.)
Refunds will be processed on the system immediately after inspection is complete, but please note that it may take several days to two weeks for the refund to be completed, such as for refunds made by credit card.
When refunding to a credit card, the payment amount at the time of purchase will not be reduced, but the refund amount will be reflected on the credit card as a negative payment.
The timing of when the refund will be reflected will depend on the closing date, so please contact your credit card company or various payment system companies.
In the case of returns/order cancellations due to customer convenience, a 7% restocking fee will be charged on the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you are returning the product for your own reasons and have sent it back cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
