⭐︎In case of product defects While we take every precaution in packaging and shipping, if you receive a product with any defects, please contact us via the inquiry form. We accept returns/exchanges at our expense within 7 days of product arrival. Please specify whether you prefer a return/refund or an exchange. Exchanges may not be possible depending on stock availability. Depending on the nature of the product defect, we may ask for more details via email. For product defects, please apply for a return through the returns page. If a replacement is in stock, we will arrange for immediate shipment upon approval. Please return defective products with shipping costs paid by the recipient within one week of return approval.

⭐︎Returns/size exchanges due to customer convenience Returns due to customer convenience will be accepted only if all the conditions listed below are met, with the customer bearing the return shipping cost. For returns/order cancellations due to customer convenience, a 7% return fee will be applied to the returned product. Please ship the returned product within one week of contacting us. After this period, returns will not be accepted. ・You must have contacted us in advance about the return. ・It must be within 7 days of product arrival, and product tags and labels must not have been removed. ・The product must not have been used beyond trying it on. ・The product must not have any dirt, tears, or damage caused by the customer. ・The product must have been purchased on this site. ・There must be no other reasons deemed inappropriate by our company. *Sale items/items purchased during a sale period are not eligible for returns unless there is a product defect. ⭐︎If you wish to exchange for a different size, please state your request in the remarks section of the return application. No return fee will be charged for size exchanges. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Please ship within one week after the application is approved.

As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled after completion. As an exception, cancellations will be accepted for orders such as pre-order items before shipping preparations begin. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If cancellation is possible before shipping, and payment for the order has already been completed, the refund will be the amount minus any payment processing fees.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product reaches us. As a general rule, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Although the refund process on the system is completed immediately after inspection, please understand that it may take several days to two weeks for the refund to actually be completed, especially for credit card refunds. For returns/order cancellations due to customer convenience, a 7% return fee will be applied to the returned product. Shipping fees are not refundable. If a product is returned with shipping costs paid by the recipient due to customer convenience, the refund will be the amount minus the shipping cost. The refund amount is automatically calculated by the system. Discounts applied for multiple item purchases cannot be recalculated at the time of refund. |
