Q.I want to know the sizing of the product.

A.The dimensions for each size are listed at the bottom of the product page.

We recommend measuring your existing clothes and comparing them to get a better idea of the fit.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

 

Q. I made a mistake with my purchase. Can I change it?

A. As a general rule, we cannot change products after an order has been completed.

 

Q. If I don't choose gift wrapping, will the price be included?

A. We are a paperless company, so no delivery notes or invoices are included.
For this reason, we sometimes receive inquiries from recipients of gifts who don't know who sent them.
We recommend that the purchaser contacts the recipient directly.

 

Q. Can I exchange sizes?

A. For size exchanges, please apply via the Returns Page, stating that you wish to exchange sizes.
There are no return fees for size exchanges. Only the return shipping cost of the product will be borne by the customer. Please refer to the detailed page on returns/refunds by clicking the button below.

 

Q. I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I correct it?

A. As a general rule, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been completed.

 

Q. I made a purchase but haven't received an order confirmation email. Was my purchase successful?

A. All order confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you haven't received it, it's likely due to an incorrect email address, email receiving settings, or spam blocking settings. Please contact us via the inquiry form, stating the name you entered when placing your order. If you provide a different email address, we can resend the purchase confirmation email to that address.

 

 

Q. When will my product be shipped?

A. If there are no deficiencies in the shipping address, orders placed by 1 PM usually ship the same day. However, due to frequent omissions in addresses or discrepancies between postal codes and municipalities, we state on our website that shipping will be within 1-3 business days.

Honono accepts pre-orders for some products. Please check if your purchase includes any pre-order items. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is listed near the purchase button on the product page.

If you purchase items that are in stock along with a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives.

For payments such as convenience store payments, where payment is required after the order is placed, shipping will occur after payment is completed. Please be mindful of the payment deadline.

If none of the above applies and your order has not shipped, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will check it immediately.

Additionally, during periods of high order volume, shipping may take longer than usual.

 

 

Q. The return period has passed, can I still return the item?

A. As a general rule, returns are not possible if more than one week has passed since the product's arrival.

 

Q. I returned an item, when will I receive my refund?

A. Once the returned item arrives at our company, we will inspect it within 5 business days, and the refund process will begin immediately after the inspection is complete.
Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original purchase.
For information on when the refund will be reflected, please contact the payment company you used for your purchase.

 

 

Q. Are there any plans for restocks of sold-out items?

A. Items confirmed for restock are made available for purchase as pre-orders in the cart. Items that cannot be added to the cart and are marked "Sold out" have no plans for restock.
